well this is for a fellow worker who has a 2001 quad-cab. They are looking for a good cap that will fit nice, be of high quality, not leak, and not rub the paint. What do you guys suggest for them. Just guessing, from the quality of stockland tonneau cover, their caps are nice...anyone have personal experience with them....

I put on an A.R.E. very happy with it. Great
quality does not leek or rub. Paid 700 bucks
so it is knida pricey

Check out www.kcovers.com . They show and sell the Advanced Covers folding hard tonneau. I've got one on my 2001 QC 4x4 and am very happy with it. Plus it goes for about $500.00

I got an A.R.E. LSII bed cover for my Quad. I negotiated down to $639 then downloaded a $20 coupon off A.R.E.'s website. So $619 before tax... Great warranty, locking mechanism and fit and finish. Also, looks the best of all the lids on the market hands down!!

well being the owner of 2 2001 quad cabs one needed a cap. went with the a.r.e. with a raised top. looks better then i thought it would. im not a cap person. painted to match with a nice big back glass and enough head room to get in and out off. if i get a picture i will try to post it. im still learning about this computer stuff

I have a Leer with no windows. No complaints here.
2002 QC Sport 4x4, 4.7L, auto, Patriot Blue, Tire & Handling group,
Heavy Duty Service group, Leer cap w/out windows, Mopar Step bars and roof rack, Rhino liner in bed and on step bars,
all possible fluids are AMSOIL
