Subject: Bedrug Durable?? IP: Logged
Message: For all the people that have the bedrug. How have you liked it and how has it stood up to the elements. Also what prices did you pay. I have a QC and am thinking about getting one.
Thanks

Message: This may not answer your question, as I also have a shell on my truck so the Bedrug is protected from the weather. But I like it a lot. I got it because I often sleep in the back of my truck when in the backcountry. But I've also carried firewood, lumber, and a huge variety of other cargo back there.
My bedrug looks like new after two years. I also like the way it insulates against sound and temperature. And it helps resist cargo sliding around. And sitting on the tailgate is a lot nicer with the carpeted surface. One of the first things most folks say when seeing the back of my truck for the first time is how nice it is back there. I once offered to head into town to fill jerry cans with extra gas on a Jeep run and a guy I was getting gas for said he would feel bad if I spilt any gas on the Bedrug.

Message: I like mine very much but I don't use my truck for anything harsh. I also have a tonnoue cover. The fit was perfect, incorporating all the features built into the bed. You have to remove the tie downs then replace them with the bolts thru the carpet. That way is the best and no one can steal it.
Everything they advertise is correct. BUT, I have not had to clean it yet so I can't tell you about durability.

Message: whats a bedrug worth anyways? after i install
my lid i plan on buyng a piece of blck carpeting
and lining the floor. The sides will still be

Message: I've had my BedRug for almost a year now and I haul 2 boxer dogs around almost every day. They haven't managed to tear it up yet with their claws and it washes out quite well with just a garden hose. Plus they DO appreciate the padding and non-skid surface! For about the same price as a "spray-in" liner or maybe even a top quality drop-in, I honestly don't think you'd be disappointed!
