CW, I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. I bought my dak used and was curious if I could verify if the mileage is correct thru the PCM. I have heard people state that the PCM keeps the vehicles mileage even if the odometer is disconnected. My reason for asking this is I am looking for a used Dak for my wife and have my eye on a 97 cc 4x2. The mileage is 11k and I would like to have it looked over prior to purchase. The registration shows the vehicle has logged 2000 miles in 1 year. So I guess my question is if I take it to a Dodge dealership and have them look it over can they plug it into the computer and tell me if there is any discrepancy ?? Thanks for your help!!!

Yeah they can look at it for you and see what the SRI milage is. Don't be surprised if it is a couple thousand out but if it is way out then the O/D has been tampered with.
