i have a 99 da v-6 with a s/c, exhuast, t.b, msd btm some other. the prob is sometimes when driving the check guages light comes on the oil pressure drops what the hell is going on. Is there a prob

There is definitely a problem...your valley pan gasket has probably blown out. I've been through three of them already. By the time my gauges started acting up, I'd already lost almost all my oil. You'd better check into fast if it isn't already too late.
