 Subject: Bedrug Question

Has anybody installed a bedrug in a QC? And if so can you tell me did you have to cut the slots in the bedrug for the bed tie downs or where they precut in the bedrug ?

i INSTALLED A BEDRUG IN MY 2002 qc. NO THE TIE DOWNS ARE NOT PRE-CUT IN THE BEDRUG. RATHER THAN CUT THEM OUT, I REMOVED THE TIE-DOWNS, INSTALLED THE BEDRUG, THEN DRILLED THE 2 HOLES FOR EACH TIE DOWN BOLT THROUGH THE BEDRUG, AND RE-INSTALLED THE TIE DOWNS. THIS WAY I DIDN'T PUT BIG CUTS IN THE BEDRUG AND IT GIVES IT A FACTORY LOOK. VERY NICE BEDLINER, REALLY NICE ON THE KNEES WHEN LOADING STUFF TOO.

When I installed the Bed Rug I also removed the factory tie downs then replaced the bolts. You can then easily see where to drill or make a small cut for the bolts only. The Bed Rug fits perfectly. After the rug is installed and the 4 tie downs are bolted in place it definetly wont come out or get stolen.
