Any latest news on your gas pedal vibration? I have the same problem on my 2001 QC 4.7L when accelerating between the 60-70 mph range. It is a very light vibration isn't it. Let me know, thanks

Mine does it also. These pedals are not connected to a throttle cable. They are electronicly controled. I thought my vibration was from my exaust but who knows. All I can say is dont worry and drive it till it breaks. BREAK AND UPGRADE.

I don't seem to have it on my truck, but I rented a Quad last December, and it was there, along with a general looseness of the pedal. Weird.

Mine too, vibrates, even felt my truck doing that a few times. Also it shakes (whole thing) Kinda like light turblence in a plane, when I'm on the highwway in the middle of nowhere going 80.

Willing to live with this annoying condition as long as it is not serious like transmission or engine problem. Still waiting for any insights or a fix for this from someone. I will take it back to the dealer and have it them check it out and document it in case there is any dispute once the warranty are out.

Do you run the stock airbox (airhat) ??? If not-- there's the problem. That 'elbow' of an airhat has sound wave cancellation ports in it (flip the air hat and note the 2 small square boxes molded into the airhat, 1 on each end)-- these cancel out the harmonic sound pulses from the intake manifold--

The vibe is sound waves coming back against the intake and pulsing against the TB (stock TB will vibrate somewhat too, if you ditch the airhat).

Put the 'airhat' elbow back on, then attach your brand X filter/tube afterwards. The Volant is the only setup (non factory) that incorporates the sound cancelling ports.

no, I was running everything else stock, I went through this with you before, I tried to contact Bruce Bridges like you suggested but his e-mail does not work. I had the stock elbow, stock snorkel, stock filter, stock everything, and still have a nasty pedal vibe, I really miss the performance of the tb though, and would really like to get to the bottom of this. Thanks for the info though

I had the same problem, one day i was driving and noticed it was vibrating. Then about an hour later my clutch blew out. I'm anxious to see if it is still there when i get it back from the shop.
