Message: 01 QC brake issues.
13000 miles and the dealer claims the pads are too hard for the rotors. They said they would replace the pads and rotors for me.... went to pick it up and they only replaced the rotors and "scuffed up" the original pads. STILL have the problem and I will be asking for new pads! This is the second time I have been in for the same problem - first time they said they could not find anything!
Any suggestsions?

Message: 01 QC here and no problems and I even tow. I did have a slight pulse, noise out of the front at one time. The wheels weren't bolted on tight enough from the factory, rotated my tires and put them on right (using the star pattern) and the problem is GONE - this was 4 months ago.

Message: Bum rotors. Covered in many threads before. Bite the bullet and go buy new rotos. Try Napa's best (works for me) and be done with it. If you want fancy, buy cross drilled or slotted. Check out LINKS to find company(s) that sell them.
