It's all done in Flash. If you're on a dial up and below 53 kbps I doubt it will work. It's really well done, except that the idiots designed it for broadband use only.
This is a classic example of HOW NOT TO USE FLASH in web design IMHO

Download macromedia flash. It should work. Probably slowly on dial up.

You are not missing anything. I have a hot computer and checked out the site in 2 seconds. Nothing to talk about. The site is not Dodge's main website.
