Message: I don't know how hard it would be, but you may have to pull the rear axle shafts to get access to the axle flange to mount the calipers. I'd say that unless your driving style demands the extra fade resistance capability of disc brakes (such as mountain driving) the cost of the conversion is not worth the difference in performance you'd gain. High effort braking, or high duty cycle braking (such as repeated high energy stops) would do better with rear disc brakes. But otherwise I'd say stay with the drums on the rear. Just my opinion.

Message: Stainless Steel Brak Corporation has a rear disc conversion kit that will work with the stock 15 inch wheels. Supposedly it is a bolt-on install. But I don't have one and don't know anyone who does, so I can't comment on how easy or hard the install is, or on the quality of the kit.
