Heres my question, I have a 99 CC Dakota Sport 4x4 with the 318 motor. All I have is a cold air induction kit, throttle body spacer, Taylor Spiro Pro Wires, 3" cat back with a Flowmaster 40 series. Do you think I can beat a 94 Chevy Tahoe 4 door 4x4 from 0-60? One of my friends has one and he always talks smack. I'm kinda scared to take him on. What do ya think ???

Working on adjustable fuel pressure with return.

My friend has a tahoe, but his is on bags and not a 4x4, but it is suprisingly fast for what it is, it gives me a run in my little V6 RC. But I think you should take him no prob.

i think that the tahoe will beat you dodge's aren't that fast and chevys rule, i beat dakota's all the time in my s10 v6. but hey you never know you might be the lucky one to finally beat a chevy. let me know if you beat him.

I was at the gas station last night and saw a car hauler parked on the access road next to the station. It was carrying a load of S-10's on it. I had to get up close to it to make sure, though, because at first I mistook it for a garbage truck.

GM, you got that right, I used to have a 92 jimmy with the 4.3, but got rid of that thing when it started falling apart for a 2000 QC with the 5.9, my dad currently has a 96 jimmy and that is the most gutless wonder i have ever driven! PSU, i have friend that lives up the street from me with a 93 chevy, I know i would blow his doors off and my only mods are a k&n drop in and a gibson muffler. The 318 is an underated engine, and im sure that is why he is being so cocky, just get the rpms up and im sure you can take him. let us know how it goes.

s10 baller, Are you sure that the Dakotas you beat even knew that you were racing?
I had a guy in one of those extremes try to race me, I didn't even know until we were about 40mph when I looked over and noticed he was trying.
I love old Chevy’s, but the new ones are to phony trying to live within the legacy

hey, you call that an eye trip???? i call it an eye sore! why are you so upset?? at least dodges are better then ford, why dont you just be happy about that. i dont dislike dodges i was just messin around, but dam i didnt want you to cry or nothin, so cheer up maybe you will learn how to make your truck look good, hopefully soon cause its pretty damn ugly. peace

Since you two have 4x4's why don't you challenge him Off-Road.
As a Chevy Truck, Dodge Truck and Ford Explorer owner who is very un-biased, I will bet money that you will end up the true winner.
I would rather be the "King of Off-Road" than the "King of 0-60"
