Message: A freind of mine had his battery stolen. He replaces it in full view of the neighborhood. He then pulls into his front yard and washes it. This causes the lawn to be soaked in water. He then drives a ground stake into the lawn. Attached to this and the car is a 110 volt line. That night he plugs the line in and leaves his bedroom window open. That night he is satisfied to hear a scream. No more vandalism.
