are there any lifts kits for a 2001 dodge dakota quad cab 4x4 that would fit 33 inch tires under neath with about 4 to 5 inches of room between the tires and wheel well. if there are what company and how much?

No suspension lifts, just a 3" body lift kit and that would not give you the clearance you're talking about.
