 Subject: Tire handling and 5900 GVWR

I'm trying to configure a dakota but the dealer is telling me I can't have the Tire and Handling package with the 5900 GVWR.
I wanted to get the 16" Rims and flares. Does anyone have this combo? Perhaps the dealer is making a mistake, I hope.
