 Subject: A.R.E w/ Keyless Entry

I recently ordered the ARE lid with the keyless entry. The dealer hasn't done the keyless entry in only a tonneau cover. If anyone has done this, let me know how you did it - where the wires went exactly. The dealer was thinking about using one of the three drain holes at the front of the bed to run the wires into. I was also thinking about using the passenger front door instead of the driver-side door, so I could use the second-click of the remote to unlock the cover.
If anyone has installed this, please let me know how you did it.
