 Subject: 48mm TB or Flowmaster muffler?

I only have an extra 235 dollars to spend. What should i get first, to gain the most HP. Should i hold off on the Flowmaster till i get a cat back exhaust or should i get the muffler and make my truck sound good as well as picking up afew HP's.
Any opinions would be appreciated

I've got a '97 4X4 auto ext. cab V-6
K&N air filter, and a TBS.

Get the throttle body. Go to speedtweaks. Muffler won't add much hp and TB will for the same amount of money.
