Subject: Feedback about KRC Performance IP: Logged
Message:
Hello all, this is my first time posting on a dakota website, so please bear with me.
Marty Fletcher at KRC Performance has been building up my truck for the past couple months and he has done a decent job, since he is very knowledgeable about the subject matter.
However, I want to hear from those who have had any type of problem or dissatisfication from dealing with Marty OR know of anyone who has had any problems with him. I can't disclose the reason for this inquiry, but if you e-mail me I will be more than happy to delve into the details. It's imperative that you REPLY via my email address if you feel you may have been ripped off or feel his business ethics were not satisfactory, it will be to your advantage.

Message: Well, I have to respond to this. As far as I'm concerned, Marty Fletcher might be the most knowledgeable and most ethical person or business I've dealt with on anything I've done with my truck. I drove all the way to Florida to have him install my stroker motor. Two weeks ago, I had a motor problem. Marty did not know exactly what it was. Still, he drove from Florida to Connecticut, based on my observations, to fix it. We found a broken valve spring. He spent two days here fixing it and making sure everthing was all set. And he charged me nothing for this. He did it because he backs up his work. He can be difficult to get a hold of, but that's because I know he's out there taking care of someone like he's taken care of me.
I hope you can resolve whatever issue you have with him. I don't believe he is capable of treating a customer unethically.

Message: Mr. Bill White,
When he left to go to Connecticut to go fix your truck he didn't even call me when he left or told me he was leaving. I must have called him 100 times. My truck has been sitting in front of his shop with a $4000 audio system, and $2000 rims,UNLOCKED and his shop is not located in Beverly Hills, if you get my drift. He didn't even have the nerve to call me. Here's the worst part, when he got back and realized his answering machine was not turned on he still did not call me back. ETHICS is playing ball here but no one is swinging.
The underlying issue deals with trust. Yes trust, he does not trust me to pay for the parts and labor until after he is finished. He thinks I will NOT reimburse every cent for the time and money he spent, but my $20K truck is sitting in his driveway. Food for thought, I think so. There is one more thing that is more critical than this aspect but I choose not to discuss it in on the forum.
I appreciate you backing him up, but be somewhat objective.

Message: I've been to his shop and the neighborhood is not that bad. If he left it unlocked, that's wrong. He should have locked it, but other than that it's fine there.
As for payment, I gave him $13,000 before he ever touched my truck and I have never regretted it. Objectivity is important, yes. But personal experience bears a lot of weight also. Have a little faith in the man. It will pay off.

Message: According to Florida law, it's the customers resonsibilty should anything happen to their car once the business is closed for the day and the store is locked up. So in this case, he disappers for 7 days, and me not knowing my valuables are in the car at the mercy of any thief. I only live 2 hours away and would come to gather my stuff if I knew he is going to be gone for a week.
Anyways,
Well I thought he is the best man, which is why I brought him the truck, but I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee, with a mopar 360. I know he knows mopars very well, which is Good, but the problems I am having with my truck he has never seen and is working hard to fix it.
He has e-mailed me personally to refrain from submitting my opinion to benefit all, so I will respect his wishes. If you want you can e-mail me at Maaz134@hotmail.com for any questions or comments.
