Subject: Back up lights IP: Logged
Message: I want to put really bright lights into the back up light sockets. I want to have also a manual switch to flick to turn them on when the need arises. I'm looking for like driving lights or fog light capability here. Anyone know of anything available?

Message: You can get halogen replacement bulbs, but
they produce a LOT of heat and will melt your
taillights in short order if left on.
Clear lights (besides backup lights) facing
rearward are illegal in most states.

Message: Start by checking the simple things first, Bulbs
then fuses next would be the switch on the trans.
