What's a Blower? What does it do? How much is it? Does it give gains for HP and how much? Sorry if this sounds stupid but i am kinda new at the performance spectrum of my truck.

A blower is a supercharger. They force air into the engine, therefore creating more power. The common increases are 30-60%, depending on what type of blower you use, and what other mods you have. They usually run between $2,500-5,000 depending on model/ application.
