Subject: Anyone use valvoline? IP: Logged
Message: I see alot of people use synthetics like mobil 1, redline, amsoil, etc. but does anyone use regular ol' valvoline all climate dyno oil in their daks?

Message: I choose Valvoline. I ran Valvoline Synthetic in my Vette. It was great oil. I had it tested after 3k miles and results were AWESOME, they said I could drive longer on it but the oil life monitor in the vette suggested a change. It measures life by RPM's, time and something else I forget.

Message: I am a faithful Valvoline user. I don't like to use the sythetics. I like real oil in my truck. It has never let me down. My father and I do all of our own oil changes and we don't use anything else.

Message: I have used valvoline in both my truck and my dart and they don't touch any oil and run smooth except for my dart which I need a need oil pan gasket. Try durablend if your trucks running rough it will help but it tends to run out in the winter with the change in temps the gaskets expand and contract and after time they leak.

Message: I normaly run the regular 10w40 all climate valvoline but in winter, I switch to 10w40 Durablend since my dak may spend a few nights in the snow country where it gets pretty darn cold.

Message: I have used it in the past. No problems with it. I prefer Mobil 1 but Valvoline (synthetic, blend, or regular)is my 2nd choice.
