 Subject: Thumbnail not working?

I've tried to load my thumbnail twice so far and each time it doesn't work. I've gotten a "Upload Successful" message time every time but it just doesn't work. Any suggestions.

Try using "refresh" or "reload" command, found in the view menu at top of your web browser.
