Message: Ok bedrug owners tell me how you like it.(The Bedrug that is).
I have done a search on the bedrug but could not find any long term info about it.
My questions pertain to scratching of bed paint, moisture retention and rust or damage to the bed.
Also if you need to take the sticky velcro off the paint will it cause any noticable marks or damage?
Yeah I can hear it now, well just to let you know I know all about Paxil, I just like to sweat the details .

Message: I have one in my 02 Quad Cab. Love it. Looks great, items don't shift around. DOn't know about taking it out, ie. leaving marks, but then why would you want to? Can't imagine that foam padding is going to scratch the original bed. Great liner.

Message: I don't have an actual bedrug, but I thought I would give my two cents. I went to the local hardware store and bought some carpet, took it home and cut it to match the contours of the bed. I put the soft side down as to not scratch the bed, the thing works great! Nothing slides and the bed stays a lot cleaner. Only cost about $20 for the carepet. Pics on my website below.

Message: If moisture is a concern, try using some stall mats that you can get at a feed store. They are basically 1" thick rubber mats. The ones I got have a minor texture to them that keeps stuff from slipping at all, even a 3 gallon container of oil in a plastic bag.
