Ok first of all I am new here. And I appreciate any help from any1. I do not know much about speakers myself. Ok, I have a 94 Dakota club cab. And I stumbled across a post here when searching for "Dakota xplod".Yes silly me =). It was posted in the Group Buys section.

Geez... three posts?

The MTX is ok... it's not gonna be "competition level" but it compliments the stock radio with more bass. If you are looking for "really loud" then these might not be for you. If you want a "pretty good" sound with the space savings of keeping your back seat in your Club Cab (since they mount under the seat), then they are the Bomb!

The Thunderform is sealed and the only way you can mount an amp to a Loaded Thunderform would be to modify the middle jack area (which I would not recommend doing).

The group buy on these happened a while ago, and I don't think that another one is planned any time soon.

Did that cover all of your questions? ""

Ok now that really intrigues me. Putting speakers in the back under the seats, adding some extra sound. If any1 knows of an online guide or can help me in any way w/ installing a good pair under my seats please help. Thnx

I can't speak for the '94 Dakotas, cuz I've never seen a Thunderform for that application, but speaking about the Thunderform in general....

what a spectacular product!

True, a real competition sub it isn't, but it adds MORE than a "compliment" to ANY system.

In my 2001 Dak, I still use my seats, I can't see the box at all (important to me), and it pumps WAY more bottom-end than you'd think.... especially after reading all of the posts from bass-heads that talk crap on 'em.

It will never perform like a ported (or bandpass) box, but after dealing with Bazooka tubes in my regular-cab S-10, the T-form is a miracle, and considering that I'm not listening to rap or some other type of specifically bass-oriented music, I've come to appreciate the sealed-enclosure.... tight, hard bass without needing a 1,000 watt amp!
