 Subject: towing mirrors

I towed a snowmobile trailer this past weekend, and had a difficult time backing up, I could not see the trailer at all with the side mirrors. Does any one know of a mirror that I can attach to the existing mirrors ? What is available out their that I can mount easily and does not require major construction or drilling.

Try your local auto parts stores, i have seen some that just slide on, and lock by plastic straps.

I too went snowmobiling this weekend and pulled a trailer and didn't seem to have any problems, but I know that those trailers are awfully wide and I have had trouble with other vehicles. I put the extended mirrors on a jeep grand cherokee with the rubber strips and had varying success, sometimes prone to slipping. Picked them up at the local parts store. Good luck.
