Subject: Installed gasket, still leaks

I have a 93 Dakota with a 5.2 and it sounds like there is an exhaust leak on the driver side manifold. A little while back I installed a set of gaskets and it still leaks, any ideas?

check out the donut where the exhaust manifold and the exhaust pipe join, it might be bad.

People keep telling me that but when I unbolted the y-pipe from the manifolds, there was no donut, they just fit togeather tightly.

There is no doughnut on the Y-pipe just steel to steel seal. Make sure the bolts are tightened evenly.
