Does anybody know what the Cubic Inch Displacement is on the new 2002 4.7 liter magnum engines? My dad just bought a brand new 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 4.7 and he gave me his old 1999 Dakota SLT V6. Well, he didn't give it to me, I now have to work 7 days a week for him... I was just wondering what the size of the engine is. Does anybody happen to know what the C.I. Displacement is in my dakota too?

4.7 is 287 CI the V6 is 3.9 Liters which works out to about 244 CI for reference, 5.2 is 318 and 5.9 is 360 CI

Actually per d/c specs the 3.9 is 239 cid
