Subject: Changing Headlights? IP: Logged
Message: Well i just finished changing my headlights on my 2002 QC i thought it was going to be easy turned out i had to take of the whole headlight. But anyways it gives the truck a little cleaner look, the only problem is that i can't change the color of the fog lamps because people said they don;t make that bulb.. Anyways just in case anybody else is going to change there headlights its easier to just take off the 3 bolts at rather then fussing around with trying to get your hand in there.

| Changing Headlights or is that BULBS IP: Logged
Message: You changed the HEADLIGHTs? Or was it just the halogen gas filled quartz envolopes. (some call them bulbs) with some higher-wattage units?
You may want to get used to changing them from INSIDE the hood. Those fancy high-wattage things tend to burn out quickly especially in cold weather. (there is a REASON that DC uses the bulbs they specify)

Message: If you use higher wattage ones you can risk burning out the daytime light modual.

Message: Dakotas do not have the daytime running lights here in the United States. I do not think that the Rams do either. Come to think of it, no Dodge product offers standard daytime running lights (not that I can find anyway). Most Chevys/GMCs do, and a lot of Fords do as well.
