 Subject: Dodge OEM Bed Covers

has anyone installed any of the oem dodge covers listed in the dakota accessories book
i am interested in the hard/semi hard covers.
the semi hard cover i am interested has three panels that fold from the front to back or back to front like an accordian. each panel locks
the other is the hard cover that also has three panels. one panel on each side of the truck behind the cab that fold up...and the remaining panel that folds up from the tailgate.
since no one at the dealership has a clue or has even seen one the q are
1. if you want to remove the panels totally to say haul sand or a motorcycle how easy is it
2. are they water proof
3. how is the fit, finish, paint
