Message: I have a 2001 Dakota SLT without power windows and locks. I would like to know if it would be possable to change over to power. I know that there is a fuse for power windows. Is it already wired for this? And would it be too expensive?
Thanks

Message: Why not just add an aftermarket alarm, then then put actuators in your doors (with a up/down switch) to give you power doors?
You probably could do this for as low as $300 Actuators by themeselves cost roughly $50 each and you can get a decent alarm system for around $200 +

Message: I plan on purchasing this power window/door lock kit this month. It's sold at JCWhitney.

I think it looks like a good kit.
