I have a 2001 Dakota SLT without power windows and locks. I would like to know if it would be possable to change over to power. I know that there is a fuse for power windows. Is it already wired for this? And would it be too expensive?

Why not just add an aftermarket alarm, then then put actuators in your doors (with a up/down switch) to give you power doors?
You probably could do this for as low as $300 Actuators by themeselves cost roughly $50 each and you can get a decent alarm system for around $200 +
