I want to change my thumbnail, but when I try it asks for a password. I enter it and it says not valid!! Any ideas? Obviously I have my password or I couldn't post. Please help!!

Maybe a silly question, but ....
When you login to change the pic are you using "low99dakota" as the username or the 4 digit number you were given when you first signed up?
You do need to use the 4 digit number, not your "screen name".
Just a thought ... ?
