 Subject: How to Remove stickers from visors?

Does anyone have any advice as to removing the airbag warning stickers on the interior visors?
I got one off only to find another directly underneath it. This one is pulling the fabric off as I remove it. Do I heat it up?? Any help is appreciated.

I think I read this on an older post, take a iron without directly touching the sticker use the steam to heat it and it should come right off

I have used this little trick on the last 3 new vehicles I have owned and never had any problem with the removal of the stickers.. Though you worry about damage to the visor there is really little to no risk as long as you follow the directions as below. Anyway, remove the visor and place an evenly wet (not dripping)washcloth over the sticker. Take an iron set on medium and heat the washcloth that is placed over the sticker until it begins to steam. Heat the complete wash cloth area over the sticker! Now, very slowly (Slowly!) peel off the sticker. Right away, IF any adhesive residue remains gently (gently!) rub it off with the hot, wet wash cloth. Use caution with the rubbing as to not damage the material. I then dry with a hair dryer set at low and held at a distance. After dry, wipe the visor with a dry soft cloth to get the texture all going one way. NOTE: Never place the iron directly on the sticker and be sure the complete sticker is evenly heated/steamed prior to the SLOW removal of the sticker.

I used a product called un-du.
The came off perfect. Actually there were two stickers, the one on top was larger.
You can get un-du at office supply stores like office max.
It is hepataine, no damage to visors.

I was so p'd off when I saw there was a second sticker under the first...after pealing the top one so carefully the one underneath I could not peal at all they put that one on there good. They do that b/c they know poeple will peel them off. I bought two identical stickers I like and put them over the warning stickers :) I took the easy way out.

Use a hairdryer and heat the sticker for a few minutes. Then use your finger nail and peel the sticker off.
