Just paint the chrome, cheaper than the shipping unless you pay a bodyshop to do it:)

Paint won't stick to chrome unless you do a really good surface prep. Need to grind all the chrome off, scuff the surface, then prime and paint. Also if the piece is plastic (like the grill) you need to use a bonding agent between the plastic and the first layer of paint.
