Subject: Which CD changer will work? IP: Logged
Message: Hey guys,
I just got a 2002 Dakota Q-cab. Does anyone know which aftermarket CD changer will work with the factory head unit? I got it with the basic in-dash CD player,(no cassette). The factory deck does have a changer control, only I don't know which one will work. I called dodge, they have one for $350. The guy said it was made by Alpine, but couldn't give me the Alpine model number.I'd hate to pay $350 bucks for a $250 cd changer. Anyone have any info?
Thanks,
~X~

Message: I had the Alpine installed on my 2001 and they had to use some $50 adapter. I am going to be changing my head unit and will no longer use this changer if you are interested i will sell you all the hardware, changer and adapter.
