I believe the traction bars from Lakewood are a universal model available for $49.99 from most Pep Boys, Autozone, Checker, etc... I've heard mixed results about their effectiveness vs. the proper Caltracs systems and the like. I had a set of Lakewood bars on my R/T for a couple of weeks and didn't notice any difference in traction whatsoever so I took them back. I've heard through the forums that the reason they aren't effective is because they aren't long enough.
