Message: I just drove home from Thanksgiving from Idaho back to BOulder,CO. I-80 Was the most iceiest aand snowblown road in AMerica. It took me 18 hours to drive home with a 12x8x6 box trailer. That thing was so squirrely on the ice. but my Dakota now has more miles towing than not and it doing wonderfully. I even converted my friend into buying a Dakota, he loved mine so much. So be careful on I-80 anywhere west of Cheyenne.

Message: Not to make fun of you guys out west, but it's 75 degrees & sunny here in Atlanta. I wish it would snow again before die, though. Seems like it's been forever.

Message: I-80 is always bad during the winter. Snow storms hit almost unpredictably. When I drive from Cali to Nebraska to go home for Christmas, I always go south along I-40. Specially with my R/T and it's great snow handling ability!! But it looks like the place you went, I-80 was probably your only choice for main road. A lot of times they shut down I-80 when it starts snowing.
