Hey Leonard,
I posted that to the DML. You can do it your self in about 20 minutes a side. i did it a few months ago and it was very simple.
1. remove the tire and the caliper (You will need a metric allen wrench I think it was 7mm) 2 bolts on the back of the caliper. slide off the rotor and slide on the new one then replace the pads (one clip on the front of the caliper holds the outside pad in the pop out the inside pad and replace clip.
2. put it back together thats it.
