 Subject: Wheel Flares - after market

I would like to purchase wheel flares for my 2001 DAK. I am not sure if this is what they are called but they seem to be molded plastic covers that fit over each wheel attached to the frame. They come standard when the tire and handling package is purchased but since I didnt really want to spend the money on the other options in the package I decided not to get the package. I would imagie that the flares should be easy enough to get from some after market dealer and either stick or screw them on myself. Does any of this make sense? If so, who should I contact about purchasing a set of 4? Thanks.

Greg, your can get them thru their parts catalog. Also XENON (www.teamxenon.com)makes them
as well as several other manufacturers.I like the
XENON ones the best they fit great and they are
flexible like bumbers (same type material)
so that if you bump them they don't break easily.

Greg..Go with the factory,they will look much nicer and they don't cost that much more than after market,you can get them the color of your truck.My opinion.
