I recently purchased a NAPA Brass Cap and Rotor for my 2001 5.9L.

Because it was such a hassel finding a parts shop with a listing for late models (Pep Boys, OReilley, auto Zone, etc), I recently ordered and received a spare Borg Warner set from Speed Tweaks.

A close examination reveals that the NAPA and Borg Warner Caps and Rotors appear to be identical. The parts guy at NAPA told me they were both made by the same Company. He was right.

No big deal. I just thought ya'll might like to know........

Yes, they are the same, and by the way I am still waiting on my cap and rotor I ordered from SpeedTweaks a couple weeks ago.

I got my Speed Tweaks order in record time (3 days: and it was sent Priority US Mail).

I just hate paying sales tax on Internet orders!!!

(I'm in Texas, as is Speed Tweaks)

Got it today and installed already!! I have noticed that it takes at least 1 day longer to get any mail on the left coast!! And some things like the cap and rotor I ordered take a few days extra. Usually get stuff in three days, but this took a week.

Well, while I can apologize for the delay, I can't apologize for the USPS delivery service. They're taking extra precautions on mail deliveries and have been told that (some cases) may take up to 3-4 days longer than expected.

Glad it got there though.

I had an Accell cap and rotor on before whci after replacing was the exact same as the Borg&Warner. My Accel was pretty bad so yes I did notice a performance increase. A little better off idle response. My gas mileage has dropped though.

I installed MSD wires, cap, rotor and K&N FIPK at the same time.

I did notice a difference....

I wish I could install my mods one at a time so that each could be independently evaluated. However, I have limited time, so I generally will do several mods at the same time.
