 Subject: tire replacement

I have the 255/65/15 tires on my 2000 4.7 Dakota and I need new tires can anyone suggest replacements for those that don't involve paying goodyear 200 dollars a tire. I am williing to change the size of the tire but don't want any signifigant change in the performance of my truck.

Goodrich T/A's 275x60x15. They are 1/10" shorter and about a half an inch wider. I love mine. Dearly hated the Goodyears.

I got Bridgestone Dueler H/P (T rated) @ 275/60-15 and they are great! I getting ready to buy my second set! $98.00 each at the Tires Plus.

Try Pireli Scorpions. They make an excellent tire. Because they are not a big name in truck tire market they have realy low priceing for a name brand premium tire.

I got some tires they are not hte best but I was in a bind. thanks for all of your suggestions I think I will go ahead and order the pirellis so I will have them the next time

I just bought a set of Pirelli Scorpion Zeros
from Discount tire 255/65/15 they run $102 each delivered . Awesome tire really aggressive tread.
They are very quiet on the highway too
