When they announced the winner of the DodgeDakotas.com girl pagent, I couldn't believe that it was me! Perhaps it was the wax on, wax off demonstration I did during the talent competition? I guess that the other 49 girls were very disappointed and very jealous-- when I was crowned--they did not swarm me or congratulate me like they do for Miss America, or Miss Universe. They all just cryed and ran away- muttering something about me cheating or that Mark H. (master of cerimonies) rigged the competition--which he did not--oh, and thanks Mr. H, I'll finish wiping down your under carriage quite soon.
When you love and respect DAKs and DAK boys as much as I do, there truely is no competition. When I see a DAK boy riding high in his truck, I know that he has the power to get where he wants to go. These are my true feelings and I think, despite, truly being the best looking and most talented girl there, my inner intelligence and introspective on loving DAKs is what gave me the edge. Why, I've been in more DAKS that those girls can shake a stick at, jealous, all of them.
I plan on reigning over my newly crowned title throughout 2002 to the best of my ability. My record label is happy that I became the DodgeDakotas.com Girl --they told me not to let it go to my head - I said, hey, don't blow a gasket - if you can't purr over a DAK, then what else is there in life?
Special thanks to Eddie's Garage for hosting the event--but I still can't get that oil stain out of my Evening Wear competition dress. A small price to pay for a big title.

Python, I have your boots, I attribute them to part of the reason that I won the pagent. And Bernd, your supercharged intercooled nitrous --just might inspire a new cool tune! We have to blame Ed's Garage in Lodi, New Jersey, for just not having the capacity within his garage bays, for the pagent to be opened up beyond the local (which was up to capacity) crowd...incidently, physical examinations by Dr. Q were required to enter the dak pagent, I assure you Dr. Q definitely, umm, lost it!

Pageant...well, I did score low in the intelligence segment of the pagent (see?)
While you all have be ROTFLMAO...I have been dusting off my crown and combing my luxurious blonde hair and getting ready for my dates, which are all dak driving dudes, no other headers and pistons would do! Sticks and stones may break my bones, you may poke fun at my intelligence, or my aspirations-- but no one tarnishes my dak crown..

Sorry I haven't been able to post--I had a major dak attack--and wound up detailing every dak within a 10 mile radius--it's all part of owning up to the honor of my dak crown -- you'd be surprised at how many nooks and crannies there are left to be discovered under the dash board--I thought I had discovered them all-- I learned to spit polish the crome-- sooo shiny that we used them like mirrors..neeless to say I am exhausted -- but I much enjoyed the work out, but still prefer to me a dak ornament--yesterday after detailing my last dak, I got rewared. I was invited to ride upstate to hunt for this dak boy's Thanksgiving Turkey. I quickly showered and changed into my dak hunting attire and we took off. As we drew nearer to the hunting grounds, I thought I, being the dak assessory that I am, should help by primping and looking good --as to attract the male turkeys our way. As I tossed my hair, touched up my make up and grabbed that daks stick shift, my dak-ly escort
lost his concentration (can you blame him?) and boom, we ran over something...I feel I gained another jewel in my crown --for lo and behold, we had run over a plump turkey. We could tell it was quick and clean, as the bird lie motionless under the thick, grooved tread of his four wheel drive tire. After throughly inspecting his truck, I was allowed to clean the wheel well and tire, while my dak boy sat on a near by rock and chose the prettiest feather for my crown. I know this dak Thanksgiving experience far supercedes anything any normal-non dak girl can encounter. I owe it all to being crowned the dak girl 2002.
