Anyone know of a really good website that
has a good selection of mobile scanner antennas?
I tryed CB's at their best and they have a VERY
LIMITED selection of scanner antennas.

You might want to try. AES or HRO. They have an excellent listing of scanner antena's.

What kind of antenna are you looking for? I got mine at radio shack. Even if they don't have it in, they can usually get it in the next day (no shipping charge). I wouldn't imagine you're looking for something that's more 'powerful' than what they carry... what you can hear is limited by the strength of the radio sending the communications or the repeater that is re-broadcasting the signal, not so much the strength of your antenna.
