Subject: '98 Dakota drop spindles
IP: Logged

Message:
I have been looking for 2" drop spindles for my '98 Dakota for the longest time. I have a buddy who located a pair somewhere in CA, but nobody can find my buddy. So I'm stuck again. I want to get the spindles in addition to the lowered control arms and airbags. Please let me know if anybody knows where I can get some spindles. Thank you.

How low are you trying to go? I dropped my front 3" and the ride was terrible with a lot of bump steer. I just raised it 1" and it rides and handles great. No more bump steer. Does'nt look as good though.

I want to go just so the fender is right above the O.D. of the tire. It think it's about 4 more inches all around. The ride won't be that horrible because of the airbag suspension at all 4 corners. I just want to find some spindles!
