Subject: R/T RC: HOW MUCH DID YOU PAY? IP: Logged
Message: I AM INTERESTED IN PURCHASING A REGULAR CAB R/T, AND I JUST WANTED TO GET AN IDEA OF ABOUT HOW MUCH THEY ARE GOING FOR. THE ONLY OPTION I WAS LOOKING AT GETTING WAS THE HD PACKAGE AND COOLING PACKAGE (TRANMISSION/POWER STEERING PUMP). THANKS FOR ANY HELP.

Message: Hey BLM,
I just bought a 2001 dakota R/T and they had it sticker price of around $23,500 but they had dealer discounts of about $2000 where I live and then I had a $2000 down payment plus $2500 for my trade in so I got mine for about $19,500 fully loaded.

Message: Hey my bad I was looking on my sheet and the rebate to dealer was my down payment....so $23,500 unless they have a special going on it...alot of the places don't sell too many R/T's so they are dying to get rid of them and go low on the price of the original especially now man U can probably even get a 0.0% finance rate and they are also trying to get rid of the 2001 models too so thats another plus so it'll probably be lower than $23,500 thats just what the start off price on mine was.
Hope that helps...

Message: A lot of people sell those trucks not long after buying them. They usuelly can't afford the gas bill or realize it isn't a normal truck. Check around and you can find used ones with very low miles for pretty cheap. The best thing is that the warranty stays with the truck, so you are still covered.
I got a 2001 R/T CC for under $20,000 with 11,000 miles on it. Looks and runs brand new.

Message: I GOT TO DRIVE ONE THAT A FRIEND OF MINE HAD, AND I LOVED IT, AND I ALWAYS TOLD MYSELF THAT ONCE I AM ABLE TO, I WILL BUY ONE FOR MY SELF. BUT HE WAS THE TYPE THAT YOU DESCRIBED ABOVE; HE ONLY THOUGHT HE WANTED IT AND TRADED IT IN. AS FAR AS COLORS GO, I AM LOOKING INTO THAT NEW ATLANTIC BLUE, OR MAYBE BLACK. I ACTUALLY LIVE IN PASADENA/DEER-PARK AREA.
