I doubt you'll find any of the header manufacturers making a Y pipe for the '01s. I talked with Mike Leach Co. who makes the MP headers. When they do finally release headers for the '01, they will be shorties much like the JBAs.
To make a Y pipe that eliminates the pre-cats would be compromising the emissions and I doubt you'll find any of the mainstream guys going there. You'll have to have one custom made or buy headers for an earlier year truck and use a katbox for 2 of the O2 sensors. This is what I'm doing with mine.
