I don't know of any particular sites off hand, but if you do a search for billet grilles, it should pull up some links which show different grilles. I know I have run across hem in the past, but can't remember where.

i saw some installed pictures of grille inserts at the http://www.wooddash.com site (none of the dakota, though, but there we some for other models) i remembered seeing them when we purchased our black carbon fiber dash at that site. good luck
