Message: I recently swapped in a tko600 trans for the auto in my 2000 5.9 Dakota. I paid a tuner to set the low & high idle speeds & get the ecm to ignore any signal that might turn on the check eng light. Problem now is half the time it can`t figure out where to idle- maybe 1200, maybe not at all. Like the trans needs to communicate with the ecm but can`t. It's set for 1100 & 780 rpm, which it sometimes does.
