Hey, just a quick thought. Would it be possible to get another message board called "Common Questions"? That way we wouldn't have to wade through the hundreds of "whats the best spark plug/intake/exhaust/tire/muffler/cd player/speaker" type posts?? Frankly, I'm getting tired of reading the same old stupid questions, just because someone is too lazy to look through the posts or read their owners manual. (rage subsiding), sorry. Had a nice day at work, (or not). Just trying to vent a little. Hey bernd...what is the best plug to use and what do I gap it at??? just kidding.

I just wanna know how many miles I should drive my truck before I replace the blinker fluid. I use my blinkers fairly often and I'm sure the fluid is close to needing a change.

Blinker fluid is good for at least 100,000 blinks, even longer if you rotate your bulbs every 6 months or so.

good one duner. Hey, is it you that has the website about the research that was done on the 4.7? Hey, I was also told that the jason rod, which connects to the canuten valve, should be adjusted and lubricated everytime you check your blinker fluid.

Sorry FastRTDakota it is the canuter valve. And don't forget to check the tension on the chrome plated piston return spring at least every other oil change.

Also please dont forget to replace the summer air in your tires with winter air. This is very important.

Don't forget to greese your muffler bearings and swap in a new set of piston return springs, hear they are weak on the 4.7 beacause they rev higher.

Heck, that's nothing...my skim adjustment is way off, I think I will write a letter to DC about it.

good point. anyone know the best place to buy cross drilled brake lines and semi-synthetic air for my tires. But it has to be summer air, because I store my truck during the winter.

I think that's made by the same folks who make the synthetic cylinder growth hormone, for V6 to V8 upgrade.

Yeah, but FastRT8Dakota has a good point - how about an FAQ section? For example, when something like he mentioned comes up and there's a long thread addressing it (like pinging somewhat recently, for example), it could be clipped and listed in an FAQ section for reference.

BTW, I hear that if you ground up two Viagra capsules and add them to your fuel (three for the 22-gallon tank), an old high-mileage Dakota's pistons become harder...

More like what trouble I haven't gotten into, methinks. Just as a clarification for our fellow Dak owners here... :-)

As for the answer - no comment!
