Message:
The temperature control panel on my Dakota will not allow the
fan to turn on any speed other than high. I replaced with a
refurbished Dorman panel. It's still doing the same thing ruling
out the panel itself. Any ideas?

Blower resistor pack is burned out or corroded.
It mounts at the firewall on the passenger side,
costs about $20. Easy fix.
