 Subject: Brake issue I believe

Just a quick question, yesterday as I was
driving down the road I noticed a peculiar
burning odor, when I stopped at a gas station to
get a drink I noticed a lot of smoke coming from
my front left wheel well and only there. Eased
it over to a buddies house where we jacked it up
and took the wheel off and we noticed the rotar
to be bright and shiny with instead of a sooty
black look around it it was red. We're thinking
the brake on that wheel seized up. Just looking
for some more opinions on it as well and the
bearings seem to be good on it from what we can
tell.
