 Subject: check engine light codes

Yesterday my check engine light came on my 2004 dodge Dakota v8 4.7L its 2wd and automatic, anyway i took it to autozone to have them do a test. after the test two codes popped up
P0760 Definition: Solenoid circuit fault
Explanation: The TCM has detected a fault in the OD solenoid
and P0700 Definition: Transaxle control system fault
Explanation: received a signal that the transaxle control module has a fault
does anyone have any idea what it could be?? is it just a simple fix ?? or expensive fix??
