Message: My 2001 Dakota CC has developed an annoying clicking or
clacking noise that appears to come from the seat belt area,
just above and behind my head while I am driving. I'm
guessing that it's the salt belt mechanism banging against the
body, as it sounds metallic. How do I get access to that and
can it be easily fixed!
